Call for Entries: IFLA Africa 2025 Year-End Greeting Card Design Competition

IFLA Africa invites all members, from National Associations and Individual members, to take part in the 2025 Year-End Greeting Card Design Competition!

Each year, our greeting card celebrates the spirit of connection, creativity, and community that defines our profession. This year, we’re looking for designs that capture an authentically African feel — bold, culturally sensitive, and reflective of the values and beauty of landscape architecture across our continent.

Your design should:

Reflect our profession and the diversity of African landscapes

Be visually strong yet simple in layout

Include the IFLA Africa logo

Be inclusive and culturally sensitive (not everyone celebrates Christmas)

The winning design will be featured on the IFLA Africa website, newsletter, and social media platforms, accompanied by a short bio of the designer — giving you an opportunity to showcase your creativity to a global audience.

Submission Deadline: 20 December 2025
Format: Editable format (Photoshop or Corel) + JPEG & PDF

Entries will be reviewed by the IFLA Africa ExCo and CER Committee.
IFLA Africa reserves the right to make minor wording adjustments and use the final design across its communication channels.
